    Terms & Conditions

    Eligibility for the $250 gift card is subject to the following criteria:

    • ✓ A referral is considered successful once the referred loan has settled with the lender.
    • ✓ The minimum eligible loan amount is $500,000.
    • ✓ The loan must settle within 12 months from the date the referral is received by Mortgage Central.
    • ✓ This referral program commenced on 18 August 2026.
    • ✓ The $250 reward will be provided as a gift card and delivered digitally via your preferred SMS or email within 3 business days of the home loan settling.
